Mindorenio Pty Ltd was established in 2012 to provide a range of specialised Civil Engineering services throughout North QLD under the registered trading name of CivEng Solutions.

The principle director of Mindorenio is Mr Jim Foody who is a degree qualified civil engineer with some 36 years of hands on experience in the Civil Construction including NDRRA damage assessment, NDRRA & QRA funding submissions, preparing tender documents and project management of State & Federal funded   re-construction of public assets. Jim has around 30 years practical experience in the construction of roads, storm water, sewer, concrete structures & earthworks in building sub-divisions in locations ranging from Port Macquarrie NSW to Horn Island in the Torres Straits

Jim has also been involved in many major infrastructure projects throughout Eastern Australia and has also experience as a Hard Rock Quarry Manager and a Wet Tropics Landfill Manager. Jim held the position of Director of Engineering Services at the Northern Peninsula Area Regional Council for 4 Years where he gained a wealth of experience in the operation of Local Government including grant funding applications & acquittals, municipal services, airport operations & maintenance and general public infrastructure management.
